You are an individual. You are unique. You are eclectic. As The Black Alley lady, you desire the appeal of high fashion and couture and that front row at a fashion show. However, you have things to do and people to see. You don’t want to break the bank or sacrifice your sense of comfort when shopping for some new pieces to add to your own clothing collection. So you turn to The Black Alley when you want to express your individuality.
The Black Alley is where you can find hand-selected labels from the US as well as from established international designers. Based in the heart of Columbus, a city of new and emerging artists and designers, The Black Alley carries and supports the fashion designs of up-and-coming and independent designers. Inspiration is also pulled from international designs to form the Black Alley, a collection curated by Nico Chhuom.
As the designer, stylist, and boutique owner of The Black Alley, Nico became obsessed with online shopping during whatever free time she could get as a student and stay-at-home mom. Upon graduation from Columbus College of Art and Design, she persisted on the advice of friends, family, and those who admired her sense of style to become a stylist or own her own boutique. After attempts to work for corporate fashion, destiny brought Nico back to her desire and passion of owning her boutique, where she can still fulfill her dreams of helping people with finding their own unique style through fashion. Share her personal fashion finds and style through her secret spot at The Black Alley.
